Thursday I called Julio in a panic, freaking out over our finances and my fear of change.
Friday I went to a temporary agency and got hired for a job starting Monday in the mail room of a giant survey taking place. Then I went with my mom to enroll Joshua in daycare. Then we went to a bookstore and I was given by her the gift of a book on Frontpage to accompany the program which I installed this week, and another book which is a tutorial on the Webmaster foundation series I begin next month...this last book included trialware of nearly every web page building app I can think of....I nearly had a heart attack.
Friday evening I went over to Julio's and played darts, smoked some oregano, (just kidding) and then panicked over my newly increased fear of change. I couldn't really sleep well after the bustle of my day, and my eyes paced beneath my lids as I tried to imagine the life I will be leading next year at this time. Futile, I know.
Oh yeah, because I probably will lose my governmental insurance for the seriously poor, I also had to make appointments for both the eye doctor and the gyno. You know how I avoid the phone so you can just imagine my distress.
(Today I thought I'd lost my happy bottle of Bentyl and almost cried. Then I found it..)
Lazy lotus is back in Tenn. This summer was a disaster musically but it was truly great to see him.
Hernando is leaving for the West Coast soon - c'est la vie in a big big big way - it is better to miss someone than to be barraged by their local selves to the point of contempt.
So, in a month I will be working fulltime and going to school and freaking out all over again.
I can't wait!
